• We guarantee every claim will be processed and sent within 72 hours of received complete documentation.
  This guarantee includes business days only, Monday to Friday, for example if we receive your completed documents on Friday afternoon, we will process your claims by Wednesday of the following week at the latest.
• We guarantee every claim will be processed by the carrier in less than 120 days.
• We discount our fee on all unprocessed claims greater than 120 day.
